RELEASE.md on the release branch stopped at #291. Since then the branch merged #295, #296, #298, #299, #300, #301, #302, #303, #304, #305, #306, #307, #308 and the deleteRecord/ReportFilter security fix. The notes now cover all of them: the SMS guard, ledger and admin API, comment visibility and
comment.created, chat meta, API cache dependencies and invalidation, the request-relation and notifiable allowlists, request logging for extension routes,SOCKETCLUSTER_ORIGIN, and the five migrations and new environment variables in the upgrade steps.
