docs: jazz up org README and public profile - #11

Restyle README.md and profile/README.md with the centered header, badge row, emoji sections and link-label references used by .github-private. Public profile gains a products grid and a get-involved section; Renovate docs are unchanged.
Match the updated .github-private pattern: products rendered as a table with per-product license badges, gnome and kde on their own rows. Public-only Get involved section is retained.

Mirror the latest private profile styling: emoji'd NOTE callout, a TIP callout in Get involved, and a centered Gitify Core footer. Add the same footer to the root README for consistency.
Keep the social.png banner in the centered header of the public organization profile, sourced from the website repo (main branch).
