FROM now uses 202610231419.ce90f95c-f44, but LABEL parent_image still names the previous tag. The label records the base image, so it now reports the wrong base image. The dockerfile-validation workflow checks only that parent_image is present. It does not compare its value with FROM, so this mismatch will pass validation.
