Brings the #1979 integration branch (PR #1992, CI 11/11) into the 0.3.11 lane, so it can be live-tested on the hub from a lane tip and ship with 0.3.11.
manifest.json, resolved byrefresh_manifest. drift 0, typecheck 0 (on erlich).Supersedes #1992; main gets this through the lane PR #1953.
