Reverts #22.

Don't merge until the official images on Docker Hub are patched. That means php:8.3-fpm, php:8.3-cli, php:8.5-fpm and php:8.5-cli report 8.3.36 / 8.5.12 and have amd64 and arm64 images. Until then, merging would rebuild the FPM images on unpatched PHP (8.3.35 / 8.5.11).

Once those tags are patched, php-from-source is already a no-op on them, so this only removes dead code: the script, the pinned version/sha256 build args, and the five -dev packages it needed. The pecl retries from #23 stay.
