The release workflow now reads the Developer ID identity, the App Store Connect key and the Homebrew tap token from the 1Password vault github through 1password/load-secrets-action@v5. Values go into step outputs only. The only GitHub secret left is OP_SERVICE_ACCOUNT_TOKEN, in the release and homebrew environments.

Verified: a signing-only workflow_dispatch run (empty tag) from this branch passed: https://github.com/kccarlos/gitcontext/actions/runs/38973495261. In that run the macOS app and DMG were signed, notarized and stapled.

After merging, these secrets can be deleted: DEVELOPER_ID_P12_* and ASC_API_* in release, HOMEBREW_TAP_TOKEN in homebrew, and the unused repository secret GH_TOKEN.
