Important
The Dart/Flutter integration itself looks well-structured. Three things should be addressed before merge: a scratch DART-HANDOVER.md left in the repo root, a dartlang alias that is advertised but not wired up, and a Dart "Live Reload" doc section that contradicts the code.

formatter.factory eagerly awaits DartWasm.createCompiler(...), which boots the Dart toolchain (Compiler.create → startWorker). Because formatter.load(getEditorLanguages()) preloads formatters on idle (core.ts:1523,1529) and loadFormatter invokes the factory with no laziness, the format worker loads the multi-MB Dart toolchain on every Dart/Flutter page even when the user never clicks Format — a second copy alongside the compile worker's. The compiler factory avoids this by memoizing lazily (pending in lang-dart-compiler.ts:12-20); returning a function that resolves createCompiler on first call would defer the boot to the first format request.
