Motivation
LocalStack stops accepting git URLs for extension installs in localstack/localstack-pro#9309. They have failed since 2026.4.0 anyway, as the image has no working

git+httpsinstall commands with the PyPI package name, or drop them where a PyPI command is already there.utils: drop the git dependency example.make publishand a PyPI install instead of a GitHub install.Before merging
