Bump Sunrisepeak/thanks-contributors from 0.0.6 to 0.0.7.
0.0.7 makes contributor ordering fully deterministic (equal-count contributors
tie-break by name), sorts the per-repo details by repo name, and scans repos in
a stable order. Combined with rendered-order change detection, only real rank
changes now trigger update PRs - pure numeric updates no longer generate noise.
