enable the DC-DC converter on LR2021 radios.

This saves approx 3 mA at idle.

This is basically identical to the work done with the LR11xx series of radios. It did require updating radiolib to 7.8.1. But I don't see any issues with doing that.

The meshnology w12 has some other serious issues (lack of TCXO is the main one) but this should also help the Seeed MeshTracker X1. (I just don't have that hardware on hand)

I have a X1 and can assist to test.
The current mA at USB cable is now 4-5mA (powersaving on and rxps balanced).

Let me try to apply the change in CustomLR2021 only.

Yes, it’s required. That version of the library is what enabled the DC-DC converter enablement.

Ok, sure.
Since RadioLib is the core library, I would test the effect of the new RadioLib.
