Summary

  • add generic per-signing hash algorithm selection
  • add generic per-signing RSA PSS and PKCS#1 padding selection
  • add raw CBOR-valued protected and unprotected headers
  • pass the generic signing options through Azure Artifact Signing

These capabilities are provider-independent and available to all CoseSignTool signing providers. Credential-selection and MST proxy changes are intentionally excluded.

Validation

  • CoseSignTool solution build
  • CoseSign1.Tests: 52 passed
  • CoseSignTool.Abstractions.Tests: 131 passed
  • CoseSignTool.Tests: 124 passed
  • Azure Artifact Signing tests: 61 passed

Verify that the shared message factory passes hash selection, RSA padding, and CBOR headers through the Azure Artifact Signing provider without provider-specific option handling.
