Least privilege - website scope update
We reviewed the workflows against this task for the production typescriptLang.org website (static site on GitHub Pages).
Changes made (PR #3666):
• CI.yml and close-preview.yml had no permissions block. We added explicit, minimal ones:
• CI.yml now gets contents: read .
• close-preview.yml now gets permissions: {} , because it uses its own deployment secret and never needs the GitHub token.
• The CI run on the PR showed Contents: read and Metadata: read as the only token permissions, and all jobs passed.
