Uninstall docker leaves executables. #648

Describe the bug
Uninstall docker leaves executables from the current installer script.
The current installer script puts them in program files.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Use the install script
Use the uninstall script.

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
Uninstall script should match current installer.
Uninstall script should probably remove system32 files only after a confirmation,

Configuration:

  • Edition: Window 2022
  • Base Image being used: none
  • Container engine: Windows
  • Container Engine version 29

Removing Docker binaries...
docker.exe not found in System32.
dockerd.exe not found in System32.
Removing Docker data directory...

Attempting standard removal of remaining windowsfilter contents...
Docker data directory removed.
Removing Docker download files...
Docker download files removed.

Docker CE uninstallation completed.

    Hi rdebath, while I'm working on a repro for this issue, I'm curious if this problem is currently blocking any work or specific scenarios on your side.

    Also, could you confirm whether you're using the following scripts?

    https://github.com/microsoft/Windows-Containers/blob/Main/helpful_tools/Install-DockerCE/uninstall-docker-ce.ps1

    If not, could you share the exact installation and uninstallation steps you're using so I can make sure I'm reproducing the same environment?

    It partially nullified an upgrade because the old docker.exe was in front of the new one in the path.
