The Probot Settings app is not installed here, so .github/settings.yml has no effect.
It already contradicts the real settings, for example merge commits instead of squash.

The app is missing from both GitHub owners

mll-lab and laragraph list no settings app among their installations.
spawnia installations cannot be listed, but the real settings differ from the file there as well.

The Probot Settings app is not installed, so the file has no effect
and no longer matches the real repository settings.
