I'm a product leader with a designer's eye. I build tools, test AI workflows, and teach PMs and designers how to use them without giving up their judgment.
Based in Uppsala, Sweden. Product and UX first, code in service of the problem.
- Put AI to work in product management: PM Pilot brings evidence-led decision briefs, discovery workflows, and everyday PM tasks into Claude Code.
- Learn by doing: Claude Code Guide is my practical setup and guide for people who want to make Claude useful in their own work.
- Run a better team ritual: Ceremonies brings retros, estimation, and follow-through on action items into one place.
- Claude for Designers: the working repository for my Ostad course, with design principles, skills, and project templates.
- ROOT: a knowledge graph for asking questions across notes, meetings, and emails, with cited answers.
Start with a real problem. Make something small enough to try. Check the evidence, including the parts that disagree. Keep the person responsible for the decision.
These repositories include tools, teaching material, and experiments. Read each project's README for setup, scope, and limitations.
- Product Field Notes: lessons from product work, AI experiments, and the decisions behind them.
- LinkedIn: shorter notes and conversations.
- Mentoring on ADPList: product career conversations and interview practice.
