Corrige o alerta CodeQL #1 (
py/insecure-protocol, high) emtests/unit/test_transport.py.O contexto TLS do servidor local usado nos testes (
ssl.SSLContext(ssl.PROTOCOL_TLS_SERVER)) não fixava a versão mínima, e o CodeQL sinaliza que ele aceitaria TLS 1.0/1.1. O SDK não é afetado: o contexto do cliente já força TLS 1.2+ (src/nfeio/_config.py,minimum_version = TLSv1_2, inclusive em contextos fornecidos pelo usuário). A correção aplica o mesmo piso ao servidor de teste.
