Bumps golang.org/x/net from v0.60.0 to v0.62.0 across the main module, sdk, and the test/integration and test/performance modules, pulling in the required transitive bumps (x/sys v0.49.0, x/text v0.43.0, x/sync v0.24.0, x/tools v0.51.0) selected by MVS. Fixes the two module-level golang.org/x/net advisories reported by govulncheck against dev-v2: - GO-2026-6866 (CVE-2026-97045): ancestor namespace transitions when rendering raw text in html - GO-2026-6860 (CVE-2026-78661): quadratic complexity when coalescing text nodes in html Vendor directories regenerated via the repo deps flow (go mod tidy + GOWORK=off go mod vendor per module, go work vendor, go work sync). Verified with govulncheck: 'No vulnerabilities found.' go build passes for the main module and sdk. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
