Contributors currently need explanations outside the shared translation procedure. This adds a version-matched contributor guide with plain-English task pages, four accessible SVG diagrams, a first-translation walkthrough and a review handoff for people without developer tools. Guide sites retain editorial and delivery policy and link to the packaged shared guidance.
Package validation checks required pages, local links, package containment, heading anchors and SVG structure against extracted release assets. Setup covers Windows symbolic links and both fork and direct contribution policies. The reference sample retains its intended /guide2/ routes with current Hugo.
Validation: 578 tests passed with three existing skips; extracted package validation and reference preview/production builds passed with Hugo 0.168.0. Reference preview/production also passed with Hugo 0.158.0. Independent read-only review completed. Real newcomer usability remains untested; consumer adoption follows release.
