Previously, nodes could be duplicated by pressing "d" on the node (on the scenario create page). This function was somewhat hidden and a bit buggy (input and output ports weren't being set correctly). This PR fixes the functionality and adds a small duplicate (plus-sign) icon next to the delete button to signify this functionality to the user.
This change can but doesn't have to necessarily be included in the big release.
