CORE-01: Correct primitive namespace and Unicode edge cases #20

Scope

The release review identified edge cases within the adopted API: Math must be a non-callable namespace for typeof; equivalent UTF-16 property strings must share a key; Array.from_ must iterate code points even for explicit surrogate-pair Python strings; String length must be an own property after coercion; parseInt must accept only ASCII radix digits rather than Unicode case-folded lookalikes.

Acceptance

Fix these boundaries without broadening the API. Add focused unit tests and independent native Node observations. Run the relevant suite and clean installed-distribution CI before the v0.1.0 tag.
