Correct edge cases in the adopted runtime API before the first release. Math is now a non-callable namespace, UTF-16-equivalent property keys share one entry, Array.from_ visits code points for explicit surrogate-pair strings, Object.hasOwn recognizes string length, and parseInt rejects Unicode lookalikes for ASCII radix digits.

Validation: all 46 local tests pass, including focused regressions and independent native Node observations for every corrected behavior. No API expansion or runtime dependency change.

Closes #20. Project: https://github.com/orgs/outside-labs/projects/11
