Adopts the first Python-to-JavaScript source language and its supported/deferred syntax, binding rules, Python versus explicit JavaScript value semantics, diagnostics and artifact contracts. Adds a reference corpus for integer precision, Unicode, evaluation, loops, defaults and import aliases.

Validation: seven reference programs run under CPython and seven rejected/deferred source forms are syntax-checked without execution; existing native-JavaScript conformance remains covered. This specifies the compiler contract without claiming emission is implemented.

Closes #11
