Compile a closed set of verified local Python source modules, preserving aliases, relative imports, package re-exports, initialization order and one shared value/callable runtime per application. The output records per-module provenance and source maps, a static ES module/helper closure, and unchanged supplied notices. Explicit source-import cycles and unsupported source fail with diagnostics.
The text_metrics parity fixture uses the supported metrics module and reduced helper; its original unused slicing utility remains unsupported if supplied unchanged. The single-module profile and published 0.1.0 artifacts retain their existing contracts.
Validation: all 66 compiler/compatibility tests passed, including CPython/Node module parity, import order, shared defaults/identity, source errors, input/refusal boundaries, output hashes and notices. Built the wheel and source distribution and checked inclusion of the new API, tests and contract.
Closes #23.
