Initial alpha release of JavaScript-style objects, methods and functions for Python 3.14+.

Includes identity-based Object values, sparse Array algorithms, UTF-16 String methods, Number/Boolean conversion, selected Math functions, JSON adapters and shared Fetch/Promise exports. Depends on JavaScript-Fetch-API 0.2 and JavaScript-JSON 0.1.

The supported subset and Python boundaries are recorded in docs/compatibility.md, included with tests in the source distribution. This release establishes the runtime foundation; source translation is planned separately.

Validation: 46 tests with independent Node.js differential observations; Linux/macOS/Windows Python 3.14 CI; isolated installed wheel and source tests; strict metadata and package-content checks. All implementation PRs were squash-merged in dependency order.
