Adds CI coverage and a source console example composing finite metaclasses, inherited new/init, super, class cells and suspended generators. Installed offline acceptance includes fresh construction source, source diagnostics and eight additional callback Stop/Restart paths. Documentation and the complete payload record describe the delivered and remaining boundaries.
Validation: 113 cases (105 adopted/eight future refusals) pass across Node/Chromium drain/step: 452 observations and 436 zero logical teardown records, with current corpus/source hashes verified. Offline acceptance passes 487 program comparisons and 44 groups, with 98 Stop/Restart cycles. All 385 Node tests and the 13 focused Python build/reference tests pass; the eight composed resource baselines remain unchanged. The construction console builds with all 38 files/receipt hashes verified (592,822 bytes). No publication, deployment, dependency or host-capability change.
Depends on #255. Closes #251.
