8.3.35: missing updates? #2025

Describe the bug
The releases API doesn't list 8.3.35 - only 8.3.33.
It looks like 967eedf needed to update a few more files, notably include/version.inc like 0e3b395 and friends did? 😅

I opened a PR at #2026 in case that makes this easier to fix -- I'm totally fine if that gets closed instead, though! 🙇 ❤️

Ah sorry, needed to do reset due to mix up of local PHP and doing other things together with this. Thanks for the fix @sy-records
