wasm-opt missing from wasm-pack install on Windows #234

Hello !
I noticed that when installing wasm-pack on Windows (via PowerShell if that helps), wasm-opt was missing (which make the web assembly build fail). I fixed it by simply installing wasm-opt manually (cargo install wasm-opt).
I didn't have that issue on macOS, where install wasm-pack came with wasm-opt.

hey! sorry for the late reply. actually the only "fix" i found was to add the
cargo install wasm-optcommand as an instructions in the readme, which is already merged from #231if you see anything else here i'd be happy to take a closer look at it, but if not i think this one can be closed.
