Add Python 3.15 support #2982

Python 3.15 released on October 9th

Adding support in Arcade has the following known tasks:

• Remove deprecated warnings (handled in Clean up warnings in the test suite #2917)
• Add it to the CI matrix for actions
• Bump pillow to a later version
• Make sure other deps work (PyMunk, etc)
