Update live GitHub references in docs preparation, agent-skill install instructions and the MailWizz download link to the current qubrics repositories. Preserve package/plugin names, service hosts, historical ledgers and changelog links.

Part of qubrics/qubrics#897 and #894, spec A15. The two CLI page reference corrections are owned by #904 under Ops Watch; this PR leaves that claimed file alone. No merge, deployment or docs publication performed.

Validation: existing agent-access docs tests 4/4 pass; confidentiality and external-link gates pass; git diff --check passes. Full docs checks run in existing CI. Polish pass exempt: exact technical-token corrections. Evidence: evidence/rebrand-qubrics-897-20261102.md.
