Bump PHPStan to ^2.3.0 and fix compatible code

On composer update to phpstan 2.3.0 that released today: https://github.com/phpstan/phpstan/releases/tag/2.3.0

Now phpunit got error:

This PR bump to PHPStan 2.3.0 and try to fix it.
