fix(docs): refresh package names and renderer guide currency - #1638

From the 2026-10-30 docs currency scan: - RELEASING: @rig-c/core is the canonical name and the one to install. rig-c is the checkout manifest and convenience name, and spine-rigc is legacy. The name-only alias packing step stays explicit. - The four sub-skills name @rig-c/core and point at node_modules/@rig-c/core/docs/. - rig-c/render-shared shipped in 2.69.0 (README, AUTHORING §0.5, RELEASING); it was no longer "planned". - AUTHORING §0 gains rows for render --extremes, --slot, --hide, --fps and --max, checked against the CLI help and readers. - FACE names @rig-c/play and the rig-play profile; NOTICE names @rig-c/core and both alternative install names. License terms are unchanged. Targeted suites (shipped-doc, agent-skill, guide, currency) pass 134/0. No source changes.
