docs(names): list rig-pose as published and drop the legacy-name section - #116

Two changes to the package-names section. - `rig-pose` has been published since pose 1.5.1 (1.5.3 is now latest), so its convenience row and the llms text say so instead of "pending". - The "Legacy names and compatibility" section is removed, along with its llms line, the `spine-rigc` alternate name in structured data, and the pointer to it from the core docs page. - Film captions that name `spine-rigc` stay: they describe what those recordings were made with. `bun test src`: 75/0.
