What changed

  • Fewer dotted numbers: list rows show plain numbers (Sans 20), Recharged and Drained are plain, and the Sleep score charts show the scrubbed value in the title row.
  • Evening hero: says steps against your goal, and Energy only when its card is hidden.
  • Calmer Today: only cards whose light means something stay lit. Last night, Your week and Start a workout are unlit.
  • Activity: new order (Start, Steps, the pair, Load, the Today list, Heart rate, Workouts), with Workouts unlit. Start a workout has a slow moving border on Today and Activity.
  • Copy: "Auto-detected" in place of "Found by strap". Habit Age shows your age until it's learned. Phone alerts is shorter.
  • Icons: Hugeicons for All sports, run, walk, strength, lap, search, location, sync, find strap and restart. The hand-drawn sport icons are gone.
  • Health alerts: four rows, each with a menu of the strap's values, in place of 21 chips. The measuring note shows only when it turns the alerts off.
  • Your strap card: even top and bottom padding, with the strap centred.
  • You and Strap pages: grow out of their button as a container transform. The page scales with its outline and keeps round corners until the end, its content fades in, and the tab behind dims and sinks.

Checked

  • All 909 app tests pass.
  • Each change was installed as the demo app and checked on a Galaxy Fold cover screen with a Helio Strap.

Not in this PR

  • The animation still stutters while a sync is running, from main-thread work during sync. That's left for later.

List rows show their value as plain Sans 20 instead of dots (GlowType.rowValue),
the Workouts rows on Activity too. Recharged and Drained on Recovery are plain
Display 34, since they break down Energy beside them. Recovery and Sleep go from
10 and 8 dotted numbers to 2 each. The spec and design system say list rows
never use dots.

The evening and night hero says the steps against the goal ("Well short of your
step goal") instead of repeating the count shown in dots. Load is only in the
sentence, and Energy is left to its card under the hero, unless that card is
hidden in Edit Today.

Scrubbing the heart rate and breathing lines in the Sleep score detail puts the
reading in the line's title row, since the headline has scrolled away by then.

…m their button

- Today: only cards whose light means something stay lit; Last night, Your week and
Start a workout are unlit, and the evening Steps card drops its repeated count.
- Activity: Start, Steps, the pair, Load, the Today list, Heart rate, then Workouts
unlit. Start a workout has a slow moving border on Today and Activity.
- "Found by strap" is now "Auto-detected". Habit Age shows your age until it's learned.
- Hugeicons for All sports, run, walk, strength, lap, search, location, sync, find
strap and restart; the hand-drawn sport icons are gone.
- Shorter Phone alerts copy. Health alerts is four rows, each with a menu of the
strap's values, and the measuring note only when it turns the alerts off.
- The strap card has even padding with the strap centred.
- You and Strap grow out of their button as a container transform: the page scales
with its outline, keeps round corners until the end, fades its content in, and
the tab behind dims and sinks.
