Provider capability tables and requirement explanations run together when a device has multiple providers. Give each provider a subtle themed surface and border around its identity, table and explanations, with a consistent 20px gap. Keep desktop connector lines aligned with the inset provider heading. On mobile, reduce padding and remove the nested connector gutter so the table retains useful width.
CSS-only correction targeting the existing design-preview branch behind #755. Collapsed device rows and capability data retain their behavior.
Validation: formatting and diff checks passed. Actual browser checks against the live API passed for all three variants, list/matrix, light/dark, desktop/phone and widths 1600/760/390/320. Verified panel bounds and contained tables, preserved requirement text/categories, no page overflow or JavaScript errors, and the user's Design XS ANSI example. Screenshots inspected in both themes.
