Bump Kit to 8.5 and Codama renderers-js to 2.7 - #90

This PR bumps `@solana/kit` to 8.5 (dev and peer) and the Kit plugins to 0.19 in the JS client, and bumps `@codama/renderers-js` to 2.7 at the root before regenerating the client. The regenerated code lets callers pass an `Address | HasAddress` program address to `featureGateProgram()`, to individual instructions, and to the `isFeatureGateError` helper. Raising the `@solana/kit` peer range to `^8.5.0` means consumers need to be on Kit 8.5 or later.
