The assets skill claimed regulated-asset coverage but taught only trustline authorization. Add a SEP-0008 entry with the stellar.toml fields and the approval-server status flow, list SEP-0008 next to SEP-0057 in the standards skill and resources, and add an eval scenario for per-transaction approval.

assets/SKILL.md was already past the ~500-line budget, so keep a short SEP-0008 entry there and put the setup, transaction shape and wallet flow in regulated-assets.md. Also fix the revised-status note: the approval server adds the authorize and deauthorize operations around the user's own, not the transfer.

The assets skill claimed regulated-asset coverage but never named SEP-8. This PR adds it.
skills/assets/regulated-assets.md: new companion file. It covers the issuer flags, thestellar.tomlfields (regulated,approval_server,approval_criteria), the compliant transaction shape and the five approval-server statuses.skills/assets/SKILL.md: short SEP-0008 entry that routes to the companion file. The file was already over the ~500-line budget, so the detail lives outside it.skills/standards/SKILL.mdandresources.md: list SEP-0008 next to SEP-0057. The quick map now sends classic assets to SEP-0008 and contract tokens to SEP-0057.evals/scenarios/assets/05-regulated-asset-approval.json: new scenario for per-transaction approval.Source:
