FYI I made a couple of changes:

1. The root is included now and wasn't before
2. Testing a non-existent pid uses the same pattern as the other tests: spawn, kill, use the killed pid
3. Only check pid === 4 on windows
4. Remove the pid === ppid check since the ancestry.includes check already caught it
