CircleCI fails because the runtime Docker stage requires exact Alpine package versions that have been replaced in the repository: OpenSSL 3.5.8-r0 and Node.js 26.5.1-r0. Change these requirements to minimum versions so the image accepts repository updates while retaining the existing patched-version floors. Keep the Alpine 3.24 runtime and its dynamically linked Node.js package.

Also bring PNPM_VERSION into the build stage's ARG scope so npm installs the configured pnpm 11.15.1, and update the README to describe the runtime version policy.

Validation:

  • Passed a complete uncached build: docker buildx build --no-cache --progress=plain --load -t groups-api-v6:circleci-fix ., including frozen-lockfile installation, lint, Nest compilation, production pruning, and Prisma generation.
  • Runtime smoke check passed: UID 10001, Node.js v26.12.1, executable startup script and compiled entrypoint present, npm absent, and Prisma CLI/engines available with linux-musl-openssl-3.0.x.
  • git diff --check passed.

Database migrations and deployment were not run. CircleCI's deployment workflow only runs on its configured deployment branches.
