What's in this PR?

Consolidate monthly dashboards into the requested Sales, Revenue, Payments, Flexible Talent and Customer sections. Bookings Won, Bookings in Pipeline and Revenue Closed each have independent Offering Type, Deal Category and Customer Type filters that update both chart and expansion table.

  • Switch Pipeline between Amount and Expected Amount, and Topcoder Payments between Amount and Count; add a separate monthly TaaS Payments card.
  • Use Pipeline's four Customer Type categories for Revenue, including the corrected “New Project at Existing Customer” label.
  • Remove summed annual/member-count totals from count charts. Put Annual immediately after Customer in both customer matrices, preserving Total as the first row.
  • Display the full April–March fiscal period under the existing FY title. Keep customer matrices unfiltered when changing Revenue Closed filters.
  • Retain independent loading, cancellation, refresh and retry behavior; document the new sources and controls.

Confirmed already fixed on this base: FY title, default Close Date and Total-first customer rows. The companion API fixes the legacy customer-type filter spelling, Reporting Account grouping and missing customer-name fallback.

Deploy the API companion first: topcoder-platform/reports-api-v6#193

Validation: full UI lint, dev production build and all 121 Sales tests pass. Tests cover filtering/table values, measure switches, fiscal bounds, customer totals, missing values, refresh/retry and request cancellation.
