What's in this PR?

Implement the latest clarification: each dashboard's Filter by selector chooses the breakdown shown together in its chart and monthly table.

• Replace the three value-filter dropdowns with one dimension selector: Offering Type, Deal Category or Customer Type, plus Stage for Pipeline. Default won/revenue to Offering Type and Pipeline to Stage. Keep the Amount / Expected Amount and Amount / Count switches.
• Display one full-width dashboard per row in Sales and Payments.
• Initially show five customers plus the Total row in both customer reports. Add accessible Show all / Show fewer controls. Totals always include the complete customer dataset, including hidden rows.
• Keep breakdown choices independent, cancel superseded requests, and share revenue data with its customer table without an extra request. Update documentation.

Deploy the API companion first: topcoder-platform/reports-api-v6#196

Validation: full UI lint, prod production build and all 118 Sales tests pass. Coverage includes selector choices, chart/table category values, independent state, expected-amount switching, request cancellation, expansion controls and full-data totals while collapsed.
