Migrates shared JWT verification and Bus API publishing to the named TypeScript APIs in tc-core-library-js v4.0.0-rc.1. Service-specific roles, scopes, ownership, active-session checks and event-delivery policies remain in the service.
Pass both browser and machine audiences through the actual route middleware and share one verifier/JWKS cache across routes. Add real-signature JWT regression tests to the default test command.
Development configuration is supplied by
/config/common/global-appvar:VALID_ISSUERS, the existingAUTH_SECRET, browserJWT_AUDIENCE, and machineAUTH0_AUDIENCE. The dev browser audience has been added and conflicting Identity/Skills overrides aligned in Parameter Store. Settings take effect on the next deployment; live integration smoke testing remains part of rollout.Validation on this update: project lint and build pass using the project nvm version; 6 route JWT regression tests pass. See README and the migration guide for configuration and compatibility details.
