Link health report: 43 dead links, 1 deleted repos, 1 archived

I ran a full link check across the 532 links in the README. Summary:

On false positives. Only hard 404/410 are reported. Anything returning 403/412 (bot protection), 429 (rate limiting) or 000 (DNS/TLS failure) is excluded - on a list this size those are overwhelmingly false alarms, and a report that is half wrong is worse than no report. Every link below returned 404/410 on two separate passes, with redirects followed to the final destination. GitHub entries go through the API rather than HTTP, so a renamed or transferred repository is not mistaken for a deleted one.

Happy to open a PR fixing these if useful - and to re-run the check periodically, since at 532 links keeping up with rot by hand is a real burden.

Checked with link-rot-scanner, a tool I wrote for this; the methodology above is documented there.

Correction: 5 of the 43 links I reported as dead here are false positives. Their URLs contain parentheses, like .../wiki/Blood_(video_game), and my link extraction stopped at the first ). It checked the truncated URL, got a 404, and reported the link as dead. The full URLs all load (HTTP 200), so please don't remove these:
