The v3 site lived on react.useanimations.com before it moved to useanimations.com (the README linked there). That Netlify site is gone, so the subdomain now fails with a certificate error.

This adds a host rule to _redirects: any path on react.useanimations.com gets a 301 to the same path on useanimations.com.

To take effect, react.useanimations.com has to be added as a domain alias of the useanimations.com Netlify site (its DNS already points there), so Netlify issues a certificate for it.

The v3 site lived on react.useanimations.com before it moved; old links there now get a 301
to the same path on useanimations.com once the domain is an alias of the Netlify site.
