When an external tool touches or rewrites an open file without changing its bytes, LiteIDE now updates the recorded modification time without prompting or reloading. Unsaved editor changes remain intact.

Track the disk file size and a streaming SHA-256 digest when an editor opens, saves, or reloads. External changes with different sizes skip hashing; matching contents skip the reload flow. Failed reads retain the existing reload behavior, and failed reloads no longer advance the recorded file state.

Validation: Qt 6 liteapp build passed; git diff --check passed.

Limitation: hashing runs synchronously and scans the entire file, so very large files can briefly block the UI.
