Infer project name and root from current folder name #3235

Description

Creating new project requires project name and it creates folder with this name inside current folder.

Use case: opening new folder as project folder in editor. Then editor considers this folder as root, but installer suggest to create new folder inside to treat it as root

Suggested solution

Allow to use current folder as project name and source.
Definitely by providing . as name
Possibly by leaving it empty (instead of randomly generated name)
