/copilot status now reports SDD readiness from the latest Action-owned record, current authorized answers and verified immutable publications. It withholds readiness when issue content, catalog ownership, linked branch or publication proof is unavailable, inconsistent or changes during collection.

The read-only query preserves the first and current publication commits, lists current unanswered question IDs and bounds maintainer authorization reads. Damaged latest cards cannot revive an older publication. English and Spanish output uses trusted repository links and preserves existing status fields. The owning SDD, companion, catalog evidence and command documentation describe the same 195-case extension budget.

Validation:

195 distinct extension cases. Native Action parent synchronization on b22d2324262acee888ec78ebf7f0b499dd4af9ab passed 571 suites and 7,697 tests with 35 configured skips (7,732 total), all existing coverage budgets and five verification commands.
The synchronized head b22d2324262acee888ec78ebf7f0b499dd4af9ab passed CI, RepoWise and hosted Ubuntu, Windows and macOS package/session checks. Native recheck completed all four partitions with complete coverage, nine fixed findings and zero open, reopened, verification-required or unknown findings. The actual Bugbot card and lifecycle labels show review complete / ready / awaiting maintainer. Recommend still requires a human decision for protected paths and does not approve.
New pure policies meet 100% coverage; application/read adapters meet the unchanged 95% line/statement and 90% branch/function thresholds. Typecheck, lint, specifications, documentation, build and bundle verification passed. The setup acceptance ledger retains its 42 explicitly open cases.

Live command acceptance remains pending promotion. The command cannot approve a PR, invoke a model or mutate issue, branch or SDD state.
