feat: show exact-head PR readiness in copilot status by efraespada · Pull Request #467 · vypdev/copilot

/copilot status now exposes PR readiness from independently verified CI, coverage, Bugbot and human-review evidence. It reads the current base ref rather than GitHub's cached PR base SHA, rechecks policy/head/link identity, and requires the PR to remain open at the final native revision read. Incomplete evidence withholds a satisfied result and never creates merge authorization.

Validation on e6ed84a6: 177 distinct feature cases; 584 suites with 7,992 passed and 35 configured skips. All coverage budgets, types, lint, docs/workflows/specifications, bundles and normal hooks passed. Three regressions first reproduced native closure with unchanged revisions; fresh native checks/review and live acceptance after promotion remain pending.
