[#470] 🐛 - Dogfooding remediate the seven reported vulnerable transitive dependencies

The lockfile retained seven Dependabot alerts, including two critical Handlebars findings. Constrained overrides select patched Handlebars 4.7.10, source-map-js 1.2.2 and brace-expansion 2.1.7/5.0.12. A parent-specific @istanbuljs/load-nyc-config>js-yaml override to 4.3.2 removes legacy argparse/sprintf-js; the Action's direct runtime YAML dependency is unchanged.

Validation: frozen-lockfile install; zero advisory counts in pnpm audit; the real coverage loader preserves representative YAML options and rejects malformed YAML. All 578 suites / 7,813 tests pass with 35 configured platform skips, every global/module budget and the 308/350 setup acceptance ledger (42 explicitly open). Types, lint, docs/specifications, normal commit hooks, generated-build validation and the real packaged CLI/typed API/local web-session smoke pass. No version-mirror tests or platform reductions were introduced.

The Action admitted #470 as Bug, created and natively linked this exact bugfix ref from develop, published an implementation plan and moved the Project to In Progress. /copilot status correctly reports SDD not required. Its edited uppercase/whitespace replay retained one correlated reply with no semantic update. Native false positive 4251725457 was verified against the published 1.1.0 loader and its real YAML execution, then dismissed through command 6131428319; no dependency alerts were dismissed. Current-head platform CI and refreshed Dependabot closure after promotion to master remain required. The approval assessment reports unsafe-rules because develop has no branch protection/rules; that is the expected strict eligibility block in recommend mode, and no native bot approval is claimed. Any merge uses the already authorized maintainer path after actual CI completes.
