Removes the visible "Read the film transcript" disclosure under the homepage film.

Summary

• The film text now sits in a visually hidden figcaption, so screen readers still get it. It has no links, so nothing invisible takes keyboard focus. The video's aria-describedby points to its first paragraph.
• The text is updated for the current film: five console screens, and the optional AI-writing checks plus the no-rewrite note kept.
• Tests, WEBSITE.md, DESIGN.md and the design sidecar are updated to match.

• Build (21 pages), Astro check 0/0/0, 24 tests. Homepage screenshots at 1440 and 390 show nothing under the film.
