OTA update for Sonoff Smart Plug S60ZBTPF v2.1.3 fails with Status.INVALID_IMAGE: 150

Description

I recently purchased a new SONOFF S60ZBTPF smart plug and paired it with Home Assistant using ZHA.

Home Assistant detected an available firmware update from version 0x00001002 (v1.0.0.2) to 0x00002103 (v2.1.3), using OTA image #364: SONOFF Smart Plug S60ZBTPF/S60ZBTPG v2.1.3.

The update consistently fails with the following error:

Update was not successful: <Status.INVALID_IMAGE: 150>

The OTA transfer starts successfully, and according to the logs the device requests image blocks. However, after receiving only a small portion of the image, the device reports Status.INVALID_IMAGE.
The update progress reaches approximately 0,06% before failing.

I also tried installing the previous OTA image manually, but it failed with the same error.

Product and upgrade information

The issue occurs with a newly purchased SONOFF S60ZBTPF running firmware version 0x00001002.

Expected behavior

The firmware update should install successfully on the Sonoff S60ZBTPF device with version 1.0.0.2.

Additional context

The relevant logs show that the device successfully requests image blocks and that Home Assistant responds with Status.SUCCESS. The device subsequently reports:

upgrade_end(status=Status.INVALID_IMAGE: 150)

This suggests that the device rejects the firmware image, although the exact reason is not given.

I use other Sonoff products with ZHA and these products had no issues with upgrades.
The issue only occurs with this SONOFF S60ZBTPF smart plug.
Any ideas why this upgrade error occurs or how to solve this? Thanks.
